The Ultra Band Strength & Resistance Training Kit is an excellent tool for building muscle, increasing strength and improving overall range of motion. It also helps improve balance, mobility, gait function and fall efficacy, having an overall positive impact on elderly people.
The kit enables you to perform safe and effective full-body workouts — targeting all muscle groups from the comfort of your home. For this reason, physical therapists often recommend resistance band training for rehabilitation purposes.
Whether you are a beginner to working out, an experienced weight lifter, or recovering from an injury, resistance bands are a great tool to get you one step closer to your goals.
—Includes 5 resistance bands—varying in weight from 10 to 50 pounds, rubber-grip handles, ankle straps, a door anchor, a carrying case and an exercise guide—
Essentially, they’re elastic bands that are commonly used for strength training and physical therapy. They help activate and tone muscles while building strength along the way.
Like dumbbells, kettle-bells, or other free weights, resistance bands offer a simple yet effective way to workout from the comfort of your home.
As resistance bands stretch, they create increased tension in your muscles and cause them to contract. The more you stretch the band, the more intense the resistance gets, and the harder the exercise becomes.
You can also create more resistance by combining resistance bands or by holding them in a way that increases tension—i.e. bringing your hands closer together when doing arm moves.
The biggest difference is that resistance bands do not rely on gravity the way that free weights do.
This might sound easier but it's actually harder because you’re working against resistance throughout the entire range of an exercise and not just on the way up. This forces your muscles to work harder resulting in more growth.
Resistance bands are often used during physical rehabilitation sessions, as they allow the therapist to provide different levels of resistance in a variety of postures and motions that can be modified to suit your specific needs.
In contrast, you can perform only a limited amount of movements with free weights or weight machines. Resistance bands conveniently provide resistance to just about any motion and can be especially helpful for athletes.
The resistance bands training kit can be used to perform over 150 different exercises targeting all muscle groups and includes every accessory you need for a full-body workout.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: Who are resistance bands intended for?
Answer: The kit is intended for anybody looking to put on muscle, increase strength, or recover from an injury from the comfort of their home. Unlike weights, resistance bands don’t rely on gravity to provide resistance—making them suitable for people of any age, gender, and fitness level.
Question: Are they safe to use/can they snap?
Answer: We have 10+ years of experience manufacturing resistance bands and safety has always been our highest priority. For that reason, all of our kits are tried and tested to ensure they operate in a completely safe manner. Our resistance bands are made with extra thick high-grade silicon that will not dry out, deform, or snap; that’s our promise!
Question: Can they be used by men and women?
Answer: Yes, the resistance bands are compatible for both men and women including elderly people and young adults. The kit comes with a variety of weights to accommodate all needs and fitness levels.
Question: Are they easy to use/setup?
Answer: Yes, resistance bands are hands down the simplest way to get a workout from home or while traveling. Simply select the weight of your desire, install the anchor included in the kit (if needed) and begin exercising.
Question: How do they hook onto my door?
Answer: They actually don't use a hook. Hooks have the potential to slip off and become a safety hazard. Our kit uses a special anchor with a built-in strap that can fit through any door slit. The ball goes on the opposite side of your door while the strap attaches to your resistance bands. This is the safest way to use resistance bands.
